Senior Grandmaster Massan (Mohamad Hossein) Ghorbani is one of Doju Ji Han Jae's senior students and assistants, and the third non-Korean practitioner ever to reach 10th Dan Black Belt and Gold Belt. He also received the special title Joongkwan Sunsa in Sin Moo Hapkido directly from the founder.

Fully approved and authorised as Senior Grandmaster Instructor Representative worldwide, permanently and independently, by Doju Ji Han Jae, founder of Sin Moo Hapkido. The letter of authorisation was issued and permanently validated in November 2025.

Fernando Ribeiro is a Physical Education Professional (CREF 005921), Brazilian, born in Minas Gerais. He has devoted his entire life to the martial arts, practising for over 40 years. He trained in Rio de Janeiro under the South Korean Grand Master Jung Roul Kim, 9th Dan – Moo Duk Kwan / WTF.

Since 1980 he has taught in Juiz de Fora, MG, and is registered with the Brazilian Taekwondo Confederation (WTF) as well as the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). He is a former instructor to the Military Police, Federal Police and Army, was an instructor of the International Sin Moo Hapkido Seminar 2015, and is an Official International Examiner of Sin Moo Hapkido.
